CHICO, Calif. - Chico Police arrested one man after a fight broke out in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings on East Ave. in Chico Sunday night.

When police arrived, they saw two men fighting and another knocked unconscious. Officers say when they tried to contact the men, one of them ran from the scene. Police identified that man as 22-year-old Randy Garcia. Police chased down and arrested Garcia.

Fire crews and EMS arrived on the scene and transported the unconscious man to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers also contacted the other man involved in the fight. He was treated for minor injuries. Police say the witnesses said Garcia approached the other two men in the parking lot and then a fight broke out.

Garcia was booked into the Butte County Jail. Police say he is facing charges of assault and resisting arrest.
