Santa will drop by the iconic Shubert's Ice Cream and Candy shop in Chico on Saturday December 16th from 12-3 p.m.
It's a chance to get a picture with Santa for just $10 by professional photographer Jenny Skibo, who owns Passion For Life Photography. Families are also welcome to bring their own cameras.
At the same time, Shubert's is serving as a drop off spot for people donating to the "Chico Holidays Together" campaign.
It's a collaboration of eleven Chico non-profits working together. They say the best way to help is to donate cash, and trust the expertise and experience of those heading up the agencies to provide support where it is most needed.

Here is a list of participants and their needs:
-Boys & Girls Club - $30 Grocery Outlet or Payless Shoes Cards
-Catalyst Domestic Violence Services - Raingear for Kids and Adults
-CAA Esplanade House - bus Passes and Gift Cards
-Jesus Center - Flannels for adults (M-XXL) and kids books
-Orchard Church - $15 Target Gift Cards
