Update: 7:25 p.m.
This fire took place on the 1000 block of Pomona Ave in Chico.
Chico Fire Chief Steve Standridge said the fire was under control within 10 minutes and that it did not spread at any point.
Neighbors we spoke with said there were several explosions coming from the home.
Investigators remain on scene working to determine the cause of this fire.

According to Chico Fire one person has been hospitalized with burn injuries.

UPDATE: 2:21 p.m.
According to Chico Fire the call came in around 1:30 p.m. for a single structure detached garage fire.
Chico Fire was able to quickly put out the flames.
No injuries were reported, but one person was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
