Sunday the Mt. Shasta Ski Park announced that ten inches of new snow fell over the last 24 hours.
The said the snow depth at the top of Douglas is now more than eight feet.
The temperature at the ski park near McCloud and Mt. Shasta in Siskiyou County was a chilly 13 degrees at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, with partly cloudy winds and winds at eight mph.
