GRIDLEY, Calif. - Construction crews with Caltrans are scheduled to activate Monday night at the intersection of Highway 99 and West Liberty Road.

FEMA, Cal OES and the city of Gridley have agreed to establish a temporary housing community for Camp Fire survivors at the industrial park off of West Liberty.

The traffic signals were installed to address additional vehicle traffic resulting from the new housing area. Caltrans has also installed temporary stoplights at Highway 99 and West Liberty.

The signal activation schedule is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and construction-related issues.
