REDDING, Calif. - CHP announced they have arrested three people for multiple drug-related crimes, including an officer of the Redding Police Department.

At a press conference, CHP said they learned from a citizen on April 6 about some possible criminal activity happening at a warehouse located off of Old 44 in unincorporated Shasta County.

With a search warrant, CHP said they went to the warehouse on Wednesday, April 29, and found 138 pounds of processed marijuana, 332 marijuana plants, 30 grams of cocaine, $59,000 in cash, and two guns.

Will Williams, Heather Legault, and Michael Gray, all from Redding, were booked into the Shasta County Jail for numerous drug-related crimes.

Officials say Williams is on paid administrative leave through the Redding Police Department. Williams has worked with the department for about 18 years.

It is still unclear what the relationship is between the three suspects.

This case is being investigated by CHP's Northern Division Investigative Services Unit with assistance from both the Redding Police Department and the Shasta County Sheriff's Office. CHP said the case has not yet been submitted to the District Attorney's office.

On Thursday, April 30, CHP also served a search warrant in Oak Run related to this case.
