It's one of the special events taking place this year to mark CARD's 70th Anniversary. The Big Anniversary Celebration is planned for September.
The High Tea is happening in the new Rose Garden, that is just two years old and was established with help from a generous donation from Marilyn Warrens. Participants can stroll along the paths while admiring flowers, and if you have a special tea cup you're encourged to bring it. This is a rain or shine event, with tea inside the CARD Center in the event of rain.
Tickets are $30 for Adults/ $25 for Children (17 and under). You can purchase them and learn more about the event click here or call (530) 895-7711.
