CAL FIRE contain fire east of Oroville

The one-acre fire is being dubbed the Rob Fire.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - The fire has been contained to one acre between Greerty Rd. and Swedes Flat Rd, according to CAL FIRE Butte. 

Heavy mop up will keep crews at the scene for the next couple of hours. 

Firefighters responded to the scene of a vegetation fire east of Oroville, according to CAL FIRE. 

The fire is located off of Hurleton Swedes Flat Rd and Greety Rd., northeast of Bangor, according to CAL FIRE.

The evacuation order for the Hurleton Swedes Flat area has been lifted and residents can return to their homes, according to the Butte County Sheriff's Office.
