CAL FIRE: 4 small lightning fires in Butte County area

Four small fires in the Forest Ranch area have broken out as CAL FIRE is on scene.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - CAL FIRE Butte County has reported four lightning fires in the Forest Ranch area.

The fires are all an eighth to a quarter acre in size.

One fire is located near Highway 32 at Crown Point Road, near Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve. The second fire is near Doe Mill Road at Garland Road and the third is near Stirling City. The fourth fire is in Feather Falls. 

CAL FIRE said all the fire have forward progress stopped.
