Butterflies Take Over 'Turtle Bay' in Redding

The Turtle Bay Butterfly Exhibit has been attracting a lot of crowds now that the weather is getting hotter.

REDDING, Calif. - The Turtle Bay Butterfly Exhibit has been attracting a lot of crowds now that the weather is getting hotter.

The cool exhibit features up to 32 different species of butterfly from all around the United States.

The exhibit is only available for a very short time during the summer months due to the warm weather.

The exhibit will be open this year through July 8.

A fire weather watch has been issued from 1pm Monday to 11am Wednesday in the Valley and foothills due to dry and gusty conditions. We'll warm up next week but next weekend is looking much much cooler and wet.
