BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - Butte County Public Health will stop taking registration for the COVID-19 vaccine email now that vaccine appointment scheduling is available online and over the phone. At this time, Butte County is conducting vaccines for residents 65 and older.
Residents who previously registered will continue to receive an email notification when they are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination.
COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be announced to the public by local media, the Butte County Public Health website, and social media for online self-scheduling. These appointments will be on a first, first-serve basis. You must have an appointment time scheduled online in order to receive a vaccination.
Residents who do not have access to the internet will be able to call the COVID-19 call center at 530-552-3050.
Proof of age and identification will be required for age-specific clinics.
In Chico, all available vaccination clinics are full from Feb. 1 to Feb. 5.
When Butte County is allocated more doses of the vaccine, more clinics will be scheduled.
