Butte County drug agents made three arrests during a Chico raid early Friday morning.
They found a meth lab and a lab used for manufacturing mescaline, which is a psychedlic made from the peyote cactus.
Officers from the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force served a warrant at 1046 Arbutus Avenue at about 8:00 a.m.
A resident of the home, 52 year old Sean Kentala, was arrested for manufacturing meth, mescaline and for possession for sales. 49 year old Angela Schwarze, who also lived at the home, was arrested for possession of meth. 29 year old Patrick Dowell of Chico was arrested for violating parole. There was already a warrant out for his arrest. All three are now in custody in the Butte County jail.
BINTF agents say the scene was still being cleaned up Friday afternoon. They said there was no suspected gang involvement, and no guns were found at the scene.
