Butte County Public Health launches COVID-19 symptom tracker survey

Butte County Public Health officials have launched a coronavirus symptom survey in order to better local response efforts.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. – Butte County Public Health is asking people who live in the area to take a short survey that checks for coronavirus symptoms.

Health officials say all of the information will be kept confidential and be used to help in the local response efforts.

After you complete the survey – you will be provided a link to sign-up for COVID-19 testing through the state’s Optumcare Specimen Collection Site if you think you need to be tested.
