BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - The libraries may be closed, but Butte County is making sure you have plenty of books to read. The library is encouraging people to get library E-Cards.

The e-cards have been available, but they are coming in handy during the era of Covid-19.

Butte County's six branches in Chico, Oroville, Durham, Gridley, Biggs and Paradise are now closed. The E-Card provides access to online services including E-books, Hoopla, Zinio Magazines, the New York Times and much more.

The Butte County Library is also offering many virtual programs on the Library Facebook page, including virtual storytime and virtual summer reading.

You can get a free E-Card, HERE.
