Butte County Library branches are now open

All Butte County Library branches are open to celebrate Library Appreciation Month for the month of April.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. - All Butte County Library branches are now open with regular hours just in time to celebrate Library Appreciation Month in April.

Library’s are open Tuesday through Saturday and residents are able to join the library online or in person.

Butte County Library has added new e-resources like the Dial-a-Story program and streaming services.

More online resources, such as digital newspapers through the Newsbank service, music through hoopla and online learning through Universal Class will be available soon.

Libraries must comply with COVID-19 reopening guidelines and will require people to wear coverings and social distancing measures will be in place.
