BIGGS, Calif. - One woman in Biggs wants to make it easy for people to order animal feed from them by offering a delivery service.

Kayla Dunlap is a second-generation owner of the Wheeler Ranch on 3247 Smith Avenue in Biggs.

She says her ranch sells a lot of animal feed, at least 25 tons to be specific.

"We have horse feed, chicken, dog, cat, guinea pig," Dunlap said.

Now, Dunlap wants to deliver it straight to your door.

"There are some people that are more comfortable staying at home...if they have children...if they're older," Dunlap said. "We are deemed essential because we are a grocery store for the animals. Without us, animals cant eat."

Dunlap makes all the deliveries herself - dropping it off without making contact.

"I'm very appreciative of Kayla and Wheeler Ranch and Feed for delivering so I don't have to leave the house," said Jenna Moffitt, a customer.

Many of Dunlaps customers say they depend on her to keep their animals alive.

"I think I can ease the uncomfortable minds right now in this situation and that to me makes a good days work," Dunlap said.

The ranch is still open for the public, Dunlap offers curbside pickup as well.

If you're interested in getting animal feed or vet supply delivered to your doorstep, there are several methods to do that.

The ranch is offering delivery up to 1,000 pounds to the Biggs and Gridley area. The delivery fee is $5 for 0-300 pounds, and the delivery fee is $10 for over 300 pounds.
