SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Department of Water Resources is warning Californians that they are at high-risk for winter flooding.
At a press conference in Santa Barbara on Wednesday, federal, state and local officials issued a warning.
Wildfires have scorched large areas of land, and homes downslope from those areas are at a great risk.
More than 7 million Californians are at risk for flooding, according to the Department of Water Resources.
