Missing at-risk 17-year-old has been located says Red Bluff police

The young man had medical conditions and did not have any friends or other family in the area.

Updated 1:39 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 20, 2021 - 17-year-old Riley Alan Gregory Taylor-Losonsky has been located and the Red Bluff Police Department said he is safe and is being returned to his family.

Police said they want to thank everyone who called in with tips for their assistance in locating the missing 17-year-old.

The calls received by the public were "invaluable" to the efforts that took place to located him safely, according to police.

RED BLUFF, Calif. - A 17-year from Red Bluff is missing, and now is separated from his epilepsy medication. His family and the Red Bluff Police Department are worried about his well-being.

Riley-Alan Gregory Taylor-Losonsky left his home Friday afternoon at approximately 3:20 p.m. after having an argument with his sister said police. He is still missing as of Saturday morning. He was last seen in the 900 block of Otis Court in Red Bluff.

The young man, who also has autism, does not have any friends or other family in the area and had just recently moved to Red Bluff with his family.

Officers said they are concerned because Taylor-Losonsky had made statements prior to leaving his home about wanting to die.

The young man is 5’ 8” tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black cowboy-style hat, a red shirt with flames on it, black pants, and black shoes.

Officers said he may be wearing prescription glasses, but they are unsure whether or not Taylor-Losonsky took the glasses with him when he left his home.
