PARADISE, Calif. - Adventist Health announced they will be opening an Immediate Care in Paradise on Saturday, March 21.
The company said this will be a new service to provide a convenient way for those in Paradise to access care without an appointment.
Patients can go to this new center for things like allergies, burns, falls and sprains, sinus issues, animal bites and more, all without an appointment.
“We are excited for what this means for the community," said Tim Williams, Administrative Director of Physician and Outpatient Services. "This provides residents with a healthcare solution that will help them access high-quality care that is convenient, affordable and efficient."
The Immediate Care center has been working closely with county health officials and said they are prepared to implement additional procedures as the numbers of the coronavirus grow in the state.
If a patient shows up to the center with coronavirus symptoms, they will be isolated to prevent exposure and then the testing will begin.
This new center will accept all forms of insurance and be open every day of the week.
