CHICO, Calif. - Sunday morning a tree fell in Lower Bidwell Park at the One-Mile Recreation Area next to the Sycamore Pool
Action News Now reporter Amy Lanski took the photos in the article gallery. She said no one was hurt. She was able to talk to someone who had a rather close call. He was meditating under the tree before it fell.

The interview will be on our 6:00 p.m. news broadcast tonight, and then will be added to this article.
All visitors need to be careful about the potential for falling trees and branches throughout Bidwell Park.
