5 arrested after search of Red Bluff home reveals narcotics, firearms

Five people were arrested at a Red Bluff home on Wednesday after authorities found narcotics and firearms that were easily accessible to minors.

TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. - Five people were arrested at a Red Bluff home on Wednesday after authorities found narcotics and firearms that were easily accessible to minors.

Authorities served the search warrant at the home on Little Avenue in Red Bluff on Wednesday. 

They found narcotics, replica firearms and drug paraphernalia which authorities said were all easily accessible to juveniles living at the home. 

Several arrests were made due to the living conditions at the residence. 

Salvador Rabago, 39, was arrested and booked for an outstanding arrest warrant. 

Savanna Rabago, 34, and Rosa Robago, 59, were both arrested and booked on child endangerment charges. 

Kary Stowe, 33, was arrested and released by citation for possession of heroin and an outstanding arrest warrant. 

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested and booked for domestic violence and possession of methamphetamine. 

Five juveniles ranging in age from 3- to 12-years-old were taken into protective custody and released to the Tehama County Child Protective Services.
