3.7-magnitude quake hits Yountville

The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.7-magnitude earthquake near Yountville.

YOUNTVILLE, Calif. - The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.7-magnitude earthquake. 

The quake was reported around 1:55 a.m. on Sunday morning in Yountville, about seven miles from Napa. 

Many from San Francisco say the quake jolted them out of bed. 

There was no report of damage.

Dense fog has developed across parts of northern California Monday morning and the potential for light showers will return today. We'll dry out and warm up on Tuesday, but more cool and wet weather is expected mid week. A more substantial wet system is currently projected to move into our region this weekend.
