A group of people stole 11 five-gallon propane tanks from the Lakeside Market in Oroville early Monday morning, and it's all caught on camera.

The van pulled up with its trunk already open, and, as soon as it did, the group of people got right to work.

The manager said the tanks were locked inside of a cage and someone cut the lock.

“Like a disheartening feeling is what it is, and it's like one thing after another. It's like what do you do?” said manager Charles Luttrell.

The other theft happened about two weeks ago when someone got inside of the market’s back gate and stole a weed eater and a blower.

Luttrell said the person looked like he knew exactly what he was looking for because he got in and out of that shed within about two minutes.
