1 acre fire knocked down by CAL FIRE Tehama-Glenn

Firefighters made quick work in an early morning vegetation fire in Tehama County.

TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. - Firefighters made quick work in an early morning vegetation fire in Tehama County.

CAL FIRE Tehama-Glenn first reported about the flames just before 5 a.m. Tuesday.

You can see in the picture above some flames burning on top of some logs near Snake Island.

CAL FIRE said the fire turned out to be one acre in size.

We are working to find out if firefighters have found out what sparked this fire.
