Oroville CHP has shut down Oro Quincy Hwy at Arbol Ave. due to a traffic collision that took down phone lines.

UPDATE, Aug. 6, 4:00 p.m.- As of 4 p.m., CHP Oroville said Oro Quincy Hwy at Arbol Ave. is still closed and will be closed for a few more hours while AT&T crews are in the cleanup process.

OROVILLE, Calif.- Oroville CHP has shut down Oro Quincy Hwy at Arbol Ave. due to a traffic collision that has resulted in several hundreds of feet of phone line coming down, according to CHP.

AT&T is on its way for repairs. It is unknown how long the roadway will take to reopen.
