BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. — Butte County, in collaboration with 2-1-1, North Valley Catholic Social Service and North Valley Community Foundation, has established a needs assessment survey for North Complex Fire survivors, officials announced Monday.

The needs assessment survey is a tool to help recovery organizations assist and identify the needs in the community, in relation to the North Complex Fire.

The information obtained through the survey is confidential and does not necessarily guarantee access to disaster case management or recovery resources, according to the county. By submitting the survey, fire survivors may receive communications from local disaster recovery agencies.

The North Complex Fire Needs Assessment Survey is available online, click here to fill it out.
