PG&E's criminal arraignment and its guilty pleas to 85 felony counts involving its criminally reckless starting of the 2018 Camp Fire is scheduled to go forward.
It will start on Tuesday, June 16 at 10:30 a.m. in the North Butte County Superior Court. The superior court has set aside several days for proceedings which will have dozens of victims presenting statements.
District Attorney Mike Ramsey said due to coronavirus restrictions, the court will have little to no seating. But it will be broadcasted live over the internet on its YouTube channel, Click Here to access it.
