Bradley Fire 90% contained, 357 acres

The Bradley Fire broke out Sunday afternoon and grew to 357 acres Monday morning as crews were able to contain 90% of the fire.

McCLOUD, Calif. - The U.S. Forest Service said a fire broke out Sunday east of McCloud and Pilgrim Creek Road and north of Highway 89.

The fire grew to 357 acres Monday morning but crews have contained 90% of the fire. 

The initial announcement on Sunday afternoon had an estimate of 10-15 acres. At 5:30 p.m. forest officials said it was 35 acres in size and was burning actively in timber with a moderate to high rate of speed.

Resources are responding or already on the scene of the fire, including aerial support.
