PALERMO, Calif. - Firefighters battled a house fire that broke out at 3 a.m. Tuesday on District Center Drive in Palermo.
The fire spread from the house to a small sport of vegetation. However, firefighters were able to knock it down within 20 minutes, according to John Gaddie from CAL FIRE Butte Unit.


The home was a single wide mobile home, Gaddie said the home was a complete loss. No injuries were reported and no one was inside the home at the time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
