Knob Fire is fully contained

Crews have fully contained the Knob Fire that broke out on Aug. 29.

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. - The Knob Fire has not grown in size over the last several days as it is fully contained, according to the U.S. Forest Service. 

The fire broke out on Aug. 29 and burned 2,421 acres.
