THERMALITO, Calif. - CAL FIRE said the forward progress of the Fourteenth Fire has been stopped and crews are beginning to mop up. It added all structure threats were mitigated.
At 12:50 p.m., all evacuation orders and warnings were lifted for the Fourteenth Fire, the Butte County Sheriff's Office said.

Evacuation warnings were issued for Tehama Ave. from 16th St. to 18th St., deputies said.
Evacuation orders were issued for residents on 14th St. between Grand Ave. and Tehama Ave., deputies said. At 12:30 p.m., deputies said the order included Tehama Ave. from 12th St. to 16th St.
CAL FIRE said the fire is 11.5 acres as it fire broke out at 11:47 a.m.
Rick Carhart, the Public Information Officer for CAL FIRE Butte, said the fire jumped Grand Ave. and is burning on both sides.
No structures were damaged or destroyed.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
