Potters Fire northeast of Oroville is 50% contained

The Potters Fire located on Potters Ravine Dr. and Oregon Gulch Rd., northeast of Oroville is now 1,012 acres and 50% contained, as of Thursday morning.

OROVILLE, Calif. - The Potters Fire located on Potters Ravine Dr. and Oregon Gulch Rd., northeast of Oroville is now 927 acres and 95% contained, as of Monday evening. Crews say this fire is not expected to grow or impact residents.

All evacuation warnings were lifted for the Potters Fire on Aug. 19, according to the Butte County Sheriff's Office.
