* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 213, 215, extreme northern and western portion of Zone 216, extreme western portion of Zone 216, zone 263, 264, 266 and 279.
* WIND...North wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Overnight humidity recoveries as low as 30 to 40 percent with afternoon minimum humidities of around 15 percent or less.
