High winds cause a large tree limb and a powerline to come crashing to the ground on West Lindo Avenue in Chico early Friday morning.
The tree limb blocked West Lindo Avenue after winds caused it to break off from the tree.
It happened around 2:30 Friday morning.
A powerline was also down, which resulted in a power outage in the area, but PG&E crews were working early Friday morning to get it fixed and get power restored.
Crews on scene said a small group of people were affected by the outage.
Crews said it would take 3-4 hours to fix the powerline and clear the road.
