Wet Weather Returns To The North State Today

Nov 28, 2014 9:32 AM by Cort Klopping

Partly cloudy, and foggy conditions to start off your Friday forecast, but showers are expected to return. Showers will make their way through the Northern Mountains over the next few hours, and should spread through the entire north state by late this afternoon. Temperatures are starting out in the high 30's to mid 40's in the valley, high 30's in the Northern Mountains, and mid to high 20's in the Northern Sierra. Winds will pick up, and are expected to be up to 15mph out of the South.

Rain, and snow will be ahead in your weekend forecast. Accumulating snow is expected down to 6000 feet, with up to a foot of snow expected along higher peaks. Showers will continue through Wednesday, with low to mid 50's ahead for the valley during that time. I hope everyone stays safe on the wet roads, and has a fantastic Black Friday!
