Thursday was another spring-like day around the North State, but big changes are coming. Cooler, cloudier weather is on the way, with some wet weather coming as well!
Today was sunny and warm, with Valley highs in the middle 70's. That's about to change, however, as a storm from the Pacific will move onshore tomorrow. Clouds will thicken throughout the day, with a few showers possible tomorrow night. Snow levels will be very high, as this storm interacts with our very warm airmass... Around 7000'.
The storm will be east of us by Saturday, with skies turning partly cloudy. Cooler.
An even weaker storm will move in on Sunday, with a few showers near the Oregon border (and perhaps as far south as Redding). This will keep our temperatures near average for late February.
Next week starts out sunny and mild again... but a potentially wetter storm should move in on Thursday. It's not a big storm, but certainly bigger than our two upcoming weekend storms.
