Wet, cooler, and windy weather is ahead in your Thursday forecast. Temperatures are starting off in the mid 50's to low 60's in the valley, and in the mid 40's to low 50's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures will be cooler than Wednesday's. Valley locations will climb into the high 60's to low 70's this afternoon, and mountain areas will climb into the mid 50's to mid 60's.
The strongest precipitation will be limited to the northern zones, but the entire region can expect to see at least light showers by this afternoon. Winds will be picking up this afternoon, and are projected to gust up to around 20mph out of the Southeast in the valley.
Dry, and warmer weather is ahead for Friday. Valley temperatures are projected to climb back into the mid 70's with partly cloudy skies. The next chance for rain will return Friday night, and linger into Sunday morning. Temperatures will also fall back into the mid 60's for your weekend forecast. I hope everyone stays safe in the rain, and has a great Thursday!
