Mostly cloudy skies, strengthening wind, and the potential for wet weather all arrive in the valley for your Thursday Farmcast. Rain will arrive in the northern end of the valley mid to late morning, and will ramp up in the afternoon. The wet conditions will hold off on impacting the mid valley until later in the day, or possibly even hold off until tonight. Winds will be a big factor in your forecast, with gusts topping 35mph out of the South this afternoon. Your Thursday sunrise is set for 7:11am, and sunset will be at 5:32pm.
Rain will be in store from this afternoon through Monday, with the heaviest precipitation expected on Friday. Winds will also be stronger on Friday, with gusts topping 45mph out of the South. Temperatures will only climb into the mid 50's on Friday. Lighter showers will be ahead for Monday, and the potential for thunderstorms will return to the valley. Skies will clear out on Tuesday, and temperatures will warm back into the mid 60's to low 70's next week.
