It was a foggy start to our Friday around the North State, but that didn't last too long. An incoming storm mixed the fog out, and brought us a few showers in the afternoon... Steadier rain will arrive late tonight, and last into Saturday morning. Moisture riding in on the jet stream is already here, and a little disturbance embedded in all this moisture should wring out some nice rain between 3am and 8am. South winds will pick up after midnight, and gust to near 30 mph in the early morning hours. By late morning the rain should have tapered off to just a few showers, and by the afternoon we may even see a little bit of sun.
Sunday will be sunny, but we'll see a breezy north wind gust to near 25 mph. That wind will diminish Sunday night, and most of Thanksgiving week will be sunny and mild.
Long range computer models are indicating the stormy weather to return the first week of December!
