Wet, cooler, and windy weather is ahead for those working outside on this Wednesday. Temperatures are starting out in the high 50's to low 60's for the valley, and will be climbing into the high 60's to low 70's this afternoon. Rain has also returned to the region, and the strongest precipitation is expected in the morning hours. There is a chance that some lighter showers will linger into the afternoon, before tapering off in the evening.
Winds have been very strong overnight, with gusts up to 41mph out of the South recorded in the valley. Today's winds should top out at around 20mph out of the South, with a chance for gusts up to around 30mph.
Dry conditions will return to the region from Thursday, through the weekend, but another chance for rain will be ahead on Monday.
