PARIS (AP) - Stan Wawrinka has won the French Open by beating top-seed Novak Djokovic 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 6-4. The loss is Djokovic's third in the final of the French Open while the victory is the second major for the eighth-seeded Wawrinka, who won last year's Australian Open.

The loss put to an end Djokovic's 28-match winning streak. He has won eight Grand Slam titles but has been shutout in Paris.

Wawrinka had exited in the first round in Paris a year ago. And he had lost 17 of his past 20 matches against Djokovic.
