Warming Trend Continues In Your Late Week Forecast

Plenty of clouds, and some light showers in the Northern Mountains have passed through the region overnight. There is a slight potential for a few more light showers dipping past the Oregon border this morning, but it looks mostly dry for the rest of your Wednesday. Skies will also clear out into this afternoon. Temperatures have dipped into the high 30's to low 40's overnight in the valley, into the high 20's to low 30's in the Sierra, and into the mid 40's to low 50's in the Northern Mountains. High temperatures will climb back into the low to mid 60's for the valley, and into the high 40's to mid 50's in the mountains. Winds will only be up to around 10mph out of the North.

There will be a passing chance for light showers across the far northern zones of the state tomorrow afternoon, but the region will mostly stay dry through this weekend. Temperatures will slowly warm back into the high 60's to low 70's in the valley by Friday. Temperatures will stay above average through the weekend, but will drop by a degree or two on Sunday. Cooler temperatures and the potential for widespread showers will return to the region on Monday evening and spread through the region on Tuesday. I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!
