Wet weather continued today around the North State, with showers and thunderstorms in the Valley and snow in the mountains. Drier and warmer weather will return later this week!
A strong Spring storm rolled into the North State today, our second storm in two days. This one was unstable, and sparked thunderstorms in the Valley with locally heavy rain, gusty winds, lightning and hail! The thunderstorm threat will be over tonight, as the sun is a primary fueling factor in these storms. Scattered showers should continue into tomorrow, however... although not too much will be left.
High pressure will return later this week, dry us out and warm us up. Look for the Valley to warm to the 70's for highs later this week... and this weekend! Looks like a nice Easter is coming our way!
