It was yet another very warm day around the North State today. Look for the warmth to continue through the weekend before changes arrive next week.
High pressure continues to dominate the west coast, keeping our temperatures close to record highs. A disturbance passing to our north will weaken the ridge a bit this weekend, but we'll still see Valley highs in the lower 80's!
Stronger (but still fairly dry) systems will weaken high pressure further next week. That will allow our temperatures to cool back down close to average, and behind them we'll see a gusty north wind pick up. 25 to 35 mph north wind gusts are possible by the middle of next week!
But until then... we'll still see very warm weather (for late March) this weekend.
