Cloudy skies, and warm temperatures are ahead in your Friday forecast. Temperatures are starting out in the low to mid 40's for the valley, mid to high 40's in the foothills, and high 20's to high 30's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to be slightly lower than yesterday's, with high 50's to low 60's in the valley, high 50's to low 60's in the foothills, and 50's in the mountains. Today's winds will be light, and mostly cloudy skies are projected. Fog has been reported in the Northern Mountains, and some lighter fog has developed in the mid-valley.

Temperatures will be similar through the weekend, and partly to mostly cloudy skies will linger. There will be a slight chance of showers returning to the Northwest corner of the state on Sunday, and Monday, but any precipitation will be light.

Sunny skies will return to the region on Tuesday, but temperatures will continue to be above average for overnight lows, and daytime highs. There will be a chance of showers returning to the entire region late next week! I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday, and a wonderful weekend!
