High pressure continues to dominate our weather, keeping our skies sunny and our temperatures warm. That won't change through the weekend, with Valley highs near 80 both days! Next week starts out warm as well... but big changes are coming later next week.
High pressure will finally break down next week, leading to cooler weather at first. Long range computer models are now suggesting a big change by the end of next week, with the jet stream returning to northern California, which would bring us much needed rain. If the latest computer runs don't change, this won't be a short-lived change, this would bring us rain through much of the following week! This is obviously a long ways out, so this isn't set in stone. But it's certainly very promising... We'll keep our fingers crossed for this run to verify!
