Warm start to April

It was a beautiful, warm afternoon around the North State today! And even though tomorrow is April 1st, it should be just as nice... No fooling!

High pressure continues to act as a brick wall to any storms in the Pacific coming our way, and has warmed us up nicely. That should continue through the weekend, although we'll notice clouds thickening up Sunday afternoon in advance of a weak storm heading our way.

This storm will move in early Monday morning, bringing showers to the Siskiyous. The Valley should be dry, but we'll all cool down some on Monday.

High pressure will return on Tuesday, along with a breezy north wind... we should see 20 to 30 mph gusts in the Valley. The winds will diminish Tuesday night, and Wednesday and Thursday will see Valley highs warm into the 80's!

It's looking like a warm start to April!
