Today was a warm and sunny day around the North State. Even warmer (and windy!) weather will move in tomorrow, but won't last... much cooler weather will return with maybe a bit of rain by this weekend!
High pressure will return for a few days to California, and that's going to heat us up big time. Look for Valley highs to reach the low 80's tomorrow, and the upper 80's by Wednesday! The fly in the ointment will be the gusty north winds... 30 to 35 mph gusts tomorrow, which will be bad for allergy sufferers. Still 15 to 20 mph gusts on Wednesday.
A surge of subtropical moisture from the south will arrive Friday, cloud us up and cool us down. Look for our highs to tumble into the 60's by this weekend. We'll see a few scattered showers this weekend as well, but the big story will be the big changes coming... from near record heat to cloudy and much cooler in the span of just a few days! It's a roller coaster ride in the seven day forecast!
