Sunny skies, very warm temperatures, and all around mild conditions are ahead for your Friday. Valley temperatures have only dipped into the high 40's to low 50's overnight, and mountain areas are starting out in the low 30's to low 40's this morning. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the mid 70's for the valley, and into the mid 60's to low 70's in the mountains. Winds will be light, but mid valley areas could get 10mph winds out of the Southeast this afternoon.
Temperatures are not expected to change much this weekend. Valley areas are projected to stay in the low to mid 70's for both Saturday and Sunday. There will be a chance for showers returning primarily to the Northern Mountains late Saturday through early Monday. The potential for shower does look to be limited to the higher elevations closes to the coast and the Oregon border. Clouds are expected to increase throughout the valley, but are not expected to be accompanied by any showers.
Clouds will continue to filter through the region on Monday, and temperatures are expected to be slightly cooler than Sunday. Valley areas are currently projected to top out in the low 70's on Monday afternoon. Skies will clear out on Monday night, and temperatures are expected to return to the mid 70's in the valley on Tuesday. Even warmer conditions are ahead for the middle of next week, with mid 80's expected for the valley, and mostly 70's expected in the mountains. I hope everyone enjoys the very comfortable conditions ahead for your extended forecast, and has a fantastic Friday!
