Clouds have increased in the north state overnight, and that blanket of clouds is helping to keep temperatures warmer this morning. Valley locations have only dipped into the low to mid 40's overnight, and are projected to climb into the high 50's to low 60's this afternoon. Temperatures will continue to drop over the next couple of days, but that dip will be very small. High temperatures will continue to range from the high 50's to low 60's through the next week, and low temperatures will only fall into the low to mid 40's.
Today's winds are expected to be light, and humidity values should only fall to around 55 percent. The mild weather will continue into your extended forecast, but stronger winds will be possible on Monday. Despite the increase in clouds, the region will remain mostly dry through the end of next week.
